Where do you see yourself in 200 years?
It’s a question that we should all ask and answer. No one likes to think about death but that is not what I’m asking you to think about. I’m asking that you think about life after death because we will all be somewhere, and it will be forever. And there is only one of two places that you can be. And that decision must be made on this side of death. That decision needs to be made now because none of us know when death will come. Keep this fact in mind. In 2022, over 600 people died unexpectedly EACH DAY from accidents and heart related events. They left home one morning with all intentions of coming back home but didn’t and ended up somewhere else. Somewhere forever.

THE UNEXPLAINED
There are many things in the bible that cannot be explained. Things that we cannot see. But that doesn't mean they aren't true. These things we have to accept by faith and faith alone. Now there are many things in this world that I can't explain but I know they exist. And for these things that I can't explain, I know there is someone who can. But there is one thing in the world that no one can explain but it does exist and anyone can go and see. It's a staircase in the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, NM. When the chapel was built in the 1870's it had a flaw; a normal stairway to the choir loft could not be built due to the size of the chapel. So the sisters of the chapel prayed for 9 days and on the 9th day a man showed up and said he could build them a staircase. The staircase in the picture to the left is the staircase. It has two complete 360 degree turns and has NO center support and nothing holding its sides. The entire weight of the staircase rests on the bottom step. Architects and engineers have examined it and cannot explain it. To this day, it has NOT been duplicated. Even though it cannot be explained or duplicated no one can deny its existence. For me, this says that just because something in the bible cannot be explained doesn't mean that it is not true. I put my faith in God that His holy word is true even though some things can't be explained.
The things in the bible that we cannot explain requires each of us to trust God. To me, believing in things that I do not understand or cannot see is one way I show God that I love Him and believe in Him.
